They say that the pricing issue is fixed and I will see it once I republish the book. I’ve republished it to SEE if they’ve done something, but the central issue is still hanging.
They misidentified my book elsewhere and marked the Amazon version down to FREE in order to match it. At last count, they’ve given away (in October) 4133 and (in September) 1983 copies. I think it is fair to say that this has damaged my potential sales, and no resolution to that is forthcoming… in fact, every email I get from KDP ignores that issue entirely.
By the way, that 6k+ copies equals over $10,000.
